We just closed application period for April 2014 intake and MEXT e3 scholarship 2015 (October 2015 intake). Next deadline is May 31 - for October 2015 intake (as privately supported student, students with their own scholarship). Looking forward to your applications next year!

Autumn campus walk (photo report)

Hokkaido University campus turns into riot of colors every autumn. In days like this hundreds of visitors come to take pictures of famous golden ginko alley and red maples. E3 students also enjoyed this sunny and colorful day.

We are now accepting applications for MEXT e3 scholarship (October 2015 intake), HU grant (April 2015 intake) and admission with private funding, other scholarship (April 2015 intake). Application deadline is November 15!

I-HOP career guidance seminar for Phd students

22 international students have joined organized by e3 office and I-HOP career guidance seminar for Phd students. Prof. Iida from the Human development office made a presentation about career planning steps, specifics of Japanese employment system, it’s difference from American one and perspectives for international student’s employment. Professor’s Iida main concern is successful employment of Phd and PD students in the Japanese industry. At the end of the seminar Prof. Iida received may questions and most of the participants left encouraged that with the help of I-HOP consultations and internships they will find their way into Japanese industry.
