e3 office and the International Office of Engineering (rooms A1-58 and and A4-58) will be closed from 28th of December to 3rd of January. Also, the Academic Affair Office and Student Support Section will be closed. We will be unable to respond to any e-mail inquiries during this period.
All the offices will re-open from 4th of Jan (Mon).

More than 100 people a day have been recently tested positive for COVID-19 in Hokkaido, and the cases of infection have been discovered at Hokkaido University as well. Regarding this, the measures against raising the planned stage for infection prevention have been informed by Hokkaido University.
