In order to prevent the infection of COVID-19, the Commencement Ceremony for Academic Year 2021 will be held as follows.
Date/Time: From 13:30 on March 24th (Thu), 2022
*Please gather at the venue no later than 13:15.
Venue: Open Hall in Engineering Building (Second Floor of Building B1)
Kita 13 Nishi 8, Kita-ku, Sapporo
Participants: Master’s course Representative of each division and e3program
Doctoral course All Graduates (Attendance will be confirmed later.)

Only the above-mentioned persons are allowed to enter the venue. Diploma (including certificates) for students other than those listed above will be distributed to each laboratory on Thursday, March 24. Please follow the instructions of your division or laboratory.

Commencement Ceremony for the entire Hokkaido University will be held at Gymnasium 1 from 10:15 a.m. on the same day. All graduates are allowed to participate. Please be sure to arrive at the venue by 10:00 am.
Depending on the COVID-19 situation, the content of the ceremony is subject to change. In case of any change in the plan of the ceremony, necessary information will be updated on the University’s homepage.
