The Commencement Ceremony for Academic Year 2023 will be held as below.
Date/Time: From 13:30 on March 25th (Mon), 2024
*Please gather at the venue no later than 13:15.
Venue: Open Hall in Engineering Building (Second Floor of Building B1)
Kita 13 Nishi 8, Kita-ku, Sapporo

All graduates of Master’s and Doctoral course are allowed to participate.
Diploma will be awarded by Dean to graduates of Doctoral course and the representatives of each division and e³program of Master’s course.
Diploma (including certificates) for students other than representatives will be distributed to each division on Monday, March 25.
Please follow the instructions of your division or laboratory.

Commencement Ceremony for the entire Hokkaido University will be held at Gymnasium 2 from 11:15 am. on the same day. All graduates are allowed to participate. Please be sure to arrive at the venue by 10:30 am.
