Research topic

Evaluation of persistences of genetic markers under environmental conditions

Research abstract

Genetic markers developed as alternative indicators have been employed to indicate fecal contamination in water environment. However, the persistence of genetic markers in environmental water has remained to be elucidated. In my study, the fate of various genetic markers under environmental conditions is tested.
