Monitoring seepage behavior / Performance of cut-off wall made by freezing sandy ground
In recent years, ground disasters such as subsidence and uneven deformation of ground surface causes negative influences on social life. In this research, a series of model test have been performed in order to monitor the seepage behavior in to ground subjected to freeze thaw action. Besides, performance of cut-off wall made by freezing sandy soil is also investigated by the model test. The effects of the freezing condition around the ground on the performance of the cut-off wall are also investigated.
