Evaluation for air permeability of ground on a gas residence layer in cold region and its testing method
There is a possibility that toxic gas is spouted from ground because of breakage of gas pipeline in the ground which is damaged by freeze thaw actions. The freeze thaw action can cause deformation of ground such as expansion or frost heaving. Such expansion or frost heaving makes damages and deformation of a structures in ground.
The study for risk analysis for damage of gas pipeline in cold regions has been performed. The testing method for evaluation for air permeability of unsaturated-frozen ground has also been developed.
