Full-paper Submission Instructions
The full-paper should be submitted through the above "On-line Manuscripts Submission System" by May 31, 2013 (Extened from April 30, 2013). Please follow the steps in the submission system and provide all the required information, then upload the manuscripts in PDF format to finish the submission.
Please use the "Full-paper Template" (Download) in Word format to create the manuscript. Then, transform the Word file into a PDF file using the software of Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or later versions.
Manuscripts Confirmation and Modification
Submitted full-papers as well as authors' information can be confirmed and revised through the below link of "Confirmation/Modification of Submitted Manuscripts" before the submission deadline.
