Registration Fees
USD for overseas residents and JPY for residents in Japan

Please note that you will find the registration price by Japanese yen on your bank statement after being charged to your credit card. We charge to your credit card by Japanese yen with exchange rate from US dollars according to the day you registered.

Registration
Registration must be completed via our online registration system or on-site.
Online registration: Moday, June 17, 2013 to Monday, August 26, 2013
On-site registration is also available.
After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Registration Office.
*Students are required to send your student ID by email or fax to the registration office. Otherwise the registration fee for students will NOT be applied.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registraion will be available as below.
Sep. 10, 15:30-20:30 at Room A102 of the venue
Sep. 11, 8:00-17:00 at the Entrance Hall of the venue
Sep. 12-13, 8:30-17:00 at the Entrance Hall of the venue
*Students are required to present us your student ID.
For Presenting Authors
Presenting authors should make a registration by July 31. (Please note that early bird pricing ends on July 15)
Every paper should be linked to a registered participant (full or student). Otherwise, that paper will not be included in the proceedings. If you have any concerns, please contact the registration office.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation request on the registration must be sent by email to the Registration Office. Cancellation feewill be charged as below.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application Purpose
Invitation letter will be provided on request by authors of accepted final
manuscripts and be sent after registration fees have been paid in full. To
request a letter of invitation for your visa application, please send an email
to easec13-visa
eng.hokudai.ac.jp
with your submission number of final manuscript. Our staff will send an email to
ask you for necessary information. Please click the following URL
