Program Overview

The 7th East Asia Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Workshop will consist of two parts:

Part A: Plenary lectures, faculty members’ session and students’ session at Hokkaido University.

Part B: Technical tour in Sapporo area and Special lecture at Noboribetsu Sekisuitei

Important Date

• Deadline of registration submission:    November 10

     All participants need to make a registration form and send it to the secretariat.

     Please see "REGISTRATION" page.

• Deadline of abstract submission:    November 10

     All participants for Part A need to submit an abstract.

     Students need to make a poster and bring it to the workshop site.

Registration Fee

Payment & Registration

Onsite payment only. The registration desk will be opened as follows.

• Location: Room 1 (A1-17)
• Hours: 8:40-9:20 on November 27

Participants can pay by JPY or credit card.

Accommodation

Rooms have been already pre-booked at several hotels near JR Sapporo Station from November 26 to November 30. Applicant can make a formal reservation.
