Information to Presenters

Oral Presentations

Total 15 min for each presenter (12 min for presentation talk, two and a half min for questions, and 30 sec spare time).
Please use your own laptop PC. VGA (D-sub 15 pin) and HDMI are available.

Poster Presentations

Poster board size: 170 cm (H) x 80 cm (W). Oversize poster (maxium 150 cm (H) x 86 cm (W)) can be posted.
Please have all posters displayed no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, Sep 23. Posters should remain displayed until 12:15 pm on Tuesday, Sep 24. All posters should be removed from the poster boards by 1:15 pm on Tuesday, Sep 24 or they may be discarded.
Posters should be displayed on assigned boards. Poster pins will be available.

Poster Short Presentation (90 second) is required for all poster presenters. Please send us (saj34[at]eng.hokudai.ac.jp) 1-2 page PDF file (A4 landscape) by noon Friday, Sep 13.

Registration

Online registration is acceptable through here (link is in Japanese only). Please follow the web instruction. Alternatively, please contact the SAJ34 office by email (saj34[at]eng.hokudai.ac.jp).

i) The presenter must be an active SAJ member. Please go to the SAJ web site for further information on the SAJ membership application.
ii) Use the abstract template. Figures/tables can be inserted.
iii) Abstract papers will be printed in black and white.
iv) Two types (oral & poster) of presentation are applicable.
v) A limited number of oral slots are available, and the organizer might ask oral-applicants to accept poster presentation.
vi) Deadline for submission of abstracts is on July 26, 2019 (Fri) July 19.
