The purpose of research is to generate and test new scientific ideas. As a result universities serve as a birthplace for new theories and technologies that may one day change the long held belief or daily lives. Researchers in universities do not aim to produce a finished product and sell by ourselves but to come up with something that may create new businesses . What we do is selling our ideas and experiments that support the hypotheses of our ideas in the form of papers. It is not wrong to say that the fundamental purpose of research oriented education is to generate papers. Research grants and scholarships are provided so that researchers can recruit students to work together as a team to achieve this goal. Our laboratory requires graduating students to publish their research results in domestic or international publications. |
