Please submit the application form by e-mail to Laboratory of HVEM.(Note: the form must be submitted every time prior to usage)

Please inform the person-in charge via e-mail for booking after the submission of the form.

Any personnel intending to use the equipment in our facilities for ARIM_Japan must follow the following procedures:

1.Please download an “Application form for ARIM　（Hokkaido University） ”from the website of ARIM_Japan. Please fill out the form and submit it to Office for the Promotion of Nanotechnology Collaborative Research to obtain ARIM_Japan Platform Grant Number.

2. Please submit the application form by e-mail to the HVEM Laboratory.
(Note: the form must be submittied prior to usage)

After obtaining your ARIM_Japan Grant Number, please inform us via mail or telephone about your desired date, time and the name of facility to use.

Pricelist

電子顕微鏡の利用の際には、以下の要領・注意点に従い使用してください。

1. 当該年度に超高圧電子顕微鏡室の装置を初めて利用する際には、利用申請書に必要事項を記入の上、使用を開始してください。

2. 電子顕微鏡利用にあたり、法規に基づく超高圧電子顕微鏡室主催の安全講習会の受講が必要となります。

3. 必ず装置の予約を事前に行い、担当教職員の指示に従って利用してください。

4. 事情により予約をキャンセルする時は、できるだけ早めに連絡して下さい。連絡が無い場合は、使用の有無に関わらず使用料を徴収致します。

5. 利用時に異常が発生した場合は使用を直ちに中止し、担当教職員に連絡して下さい。そのまま放置せず、必ず状況を報告して下さい。

6. 放射性物質や病原体等の法令により管理区域が指定されている試料は持ち込まないで下さい。また、水分含有試料やアウトガスが懸念される材料の観察については、必ず事前に相談して下さい。

7. 無断で装置の改造は行わないで下さい。また、ホルダー等の付属装置の持ち込みに関しては事前に十分なテストを行ない、さらに担当教職員に連絡したのち使用を開始して下さい。

以上の点に留意し、共有施設であることを十分理解して安全に使用して頂きますようお願いいたします。
