Summary:
ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. has integrated the process of waste handling, through storage, collection, transportation, recycling and resource recovery, into an effective system. We have been successful in pioneering new approaches, and have accumulated considerable know-how in the field of waste management. This experience enables us to propose the most efficient solutions from process to process. As a comprehensive environmentally oriented company that conceptualizes, designs, produces, installs, and maintains equipment, ShinMaywa contributes to realization of a “zero-emissions society.”
We would like to introduce waste storage and handling equipment “Dust Screw” and waste transfer station in this presentation.
Dust Screw compresses and stores waste from condominiums and commercial buildings such as shopping complex, hotel, hospital etc by means of mechanical systems. Our equipment, which work behind the scenes to process efficiently and hygienically, are highly appreciated in Japan as well as other Asian countries. Demand for the waste storage and handling equipment has increased where population density has heightened along with economic growth.
Waste transfer station is to provide a central collection point for municipal solid wastes which are efficiently loaded onto large specialized waste transfer containers for delivery to disposal facilities such as a landfill or an incineration plant. ShinMaywa has extensive experience in the design, manufacture and operational commissioning of municipal solid waste transfer stations in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and China.
