Transfer from general course to the e3
Log-in to your student profile

Students who are already enrolled in a master’s or doctoral course and wish to transfer to e3 program

1) New Students

Japanese students and international students who enrolled in bachelor's degree at Hokkaido University and who have successfully passed entrance examination to the Master's or Doctoral course can apply for the enrollement into e3 program. 

2) Transfer to e3

Japanese or international students already enrolled into graduate program may apply for transfer to e3.

Eligibility

Students in a master’s course: first year of enrollment in the Japanese course

Students in a doctoral course: first 1,5 years of enrollment into the Japanese course

Documents required

Please submit the listed below documents to e3 office before the deadline. (All the documents should be in English)

    2. Download application form
    (PDF format)  (Word format)

  2. Research proposal
  3. English score certificate(TOEFL 79以上、TOEIC 730、IELTS 6.0以上)
