Research Theme


On SR, transportation and a last inning are difficult to be bulky, and SR is unsuitable as the source of heat so that there are too many impurities such as for chlorine or a flaming retardant minute. Add to this, it is necessary to collect much more value materials from SR at a point of view of recycling rate of a product. From these, technology development for the separation removal of impurities and separation collection of value materials from SR adds to necessity. Therefore, it is necessary to do single substance separation (takes off ingredients stick and/or coiling itself round) of value materials before sorting, and sort it by high technique of sorting precision. In this study, about the dispose of various SR, we examine the optimum and determine the detachment mechanism for detachment method of metal powder and fine electric wire from urethane, it found in this laboratory. Beside we develop higher sorting precision technique at separation of value materials and impurities by wet process sorting method assumed that sorting precision is higher than dry method used by ASR processing conventionally.


Study technique


In this laboratory, we perform a study to relate to high separation of a different plastic particle of specific gravity and type by JIG, and it is thought that it is JIG treatability about the separation removal of chloroethylene from a plastic resin mixture including foaming urethane. In addition, it is thought that grasp of behavior is a necessary research theme because it is non-elucidation about separation behavior of a plastic particle of a form of having many kinds such as foaming urethane. In this way I adopt sorting methods of various plastic by the JIG sorting method that is existing announcement in this laboratory and JIG preprocessing, and it is thought that sorting behavior grasp at the time of processing and suggestion of the most suitable processing flow of various SR samples of a fact and extraction of problems and suggestion of a solution are possible
