IMPORTANT:

Eearly bird registration is open until 23:59 p.m. 30th Sept, 2010, after which regular registration fee will apply.

One registration fee includes publication of ONE paper. If you are a presenter, please clarify the reference number of your paper in the registration process. Only one paper can be typed in each registration process. If you're going to present more than one papers, please repeat the registration process.

The fee for accompanying person includes meal services only, and does NOT include access to conference sessions and proceedings.

If you want to register as a full-time student, you must provide a certificate of your university which has to be sent by mail to icdcs2010@eng.hokudai.ac.jp.

Those who need visa to enter Japan must complete the registration as soon as possible, but NO LATER THAN 30 Sept. 2010. The applicants are requested to send an email to icdcs2010@eng.hokudai.ac.jp after the payment of registration fee is finished. The documents required for visa application will be sent after the payment is confirmed. Please note that it will take approximately a month to obtain the visa after your request is received.

Payment can be done by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and JCB).
Please note that Diners Club Card is not acceptable.

Online registration will be closed on 17 November. After that, on-site registration is recommended.
